MBS2 Bloggers Touring General Santos
I woke up around 5:30am, Elvie was still fast asleep and am feeling tired so I set my alarm clock again 6am. For the second time I woke up finally went to have a shower while Elvie was still sleeping and afterwards when I got out the bathroom. She quickly do her morning routine while I was thinking its getting late since its almost 7am and we haven’t ate our breakfast. . . I was already thinking of plan-B..
As planned we’ll be having our morning meals at Jollibee, well since we don’t have a choice its the only fast food that is very near to our Inn.

While we were in Jollibee I ask Elvie what we’re going to do in case we will be left behind since its around 7:30am and we are still enjoying our meals while observing people around and sight seeing. . .
We notice the beauty of General Santos highways -> it has palm trees planted in the middle of
the streets. . . wow(^_^) can you imagine when those trees will grow up? it will be like a national park in every highway. I can’t help to take picture of the highway fronting Jollibee.
Anyway as we both decided if ever after going to Family Country Hotel and we’re left behind then we will spend our 200 pesos to tour General Santos ourselves.
Finally we arrived at Family Country Hotel lobby, I was so happy to see Avel “Bariles” was still there in front of the lobby while he was opening the door he said “we were waiting for you” well I’m so glad to hear that! (^_^) Elvie and I was indeed happy “Plan-A” worked well.
Having a tour with our fellow blogmates was one of the priceless moments. . . all of us came not just from different places in Mindanao but also some of us came from Luzon like Jester exile he is a friendly guy.
Our first stop was at the Fish Port, honestly it was my first time to ever go in any fish port well ang saya-saya naka-kita na ako ng bariles so big and the man was in so hurry bringing the big tuna some where
All of us with open toes or wearing sandals and slippers were not allowed to go near the market. Its okay we can see it from a far. And we had a chance to tour near the ships and fisher-mans’ boats.
Next stop was Sarangani Highlands at first I thought I heard Sarangani islands so I was thinking hmmm we’re going on a boat ride or what? Aethen corrected me thanks.
Oh the place was spectacular! and beautiful. . .
